“Climate change constitutes a clear, present and intensifying threat to the full and effective exercise of all human rights,” said UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet, during the launch of a new publication on the contribution of the Latin American and Caribbean region to the fight for climate justice.
