Law students and their professor at the University of the Republic in Montevideo, Uruguay, help realize a vulnerable family’s right to adequate housing, through a landmark court case relying on international jurisprudence and human rights standards.

States should protect people from undue levels of commercial advertising and marketing while increasing the space for not-for-profit expressions, the UN Special Rapporteur in the field of cultural rights says.
