In the 75 years since the drafting of the Universal Declaration on Human Rights (UDHR), women’s rights have vastly improved. However, today, rollbacks of and backlashes against women’s rights have ramped up. For Activists and human rights defenders now, more than ever is the time to use the promise inherent in the UDHR to advance women’s rights and gender equality.
